Can I return an item if I don’t like it?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns/exchanges due to sanitary reasons and the nature of our products. All sales are final.

How fast will I receive my package?

Please allow 2-5 business days (MONDAY-FRIDAY) for us to process your order once payment is complete. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday, so if you order on a Friday, you can expect your package to ship out between the following Tuesday and Thursday. Our domestic packages are sent through USPS First Class Mail. Delivery time for U.S. orders is usually 2-3 business days after package has been accepted by USPS, but can sometimes vary up to 5-7 business days. 


International shipping is sent through USPS First Class Package International Service. International delivery is 7-25 business days. Faster International Shipping is available upon request for extra fees. Please contact for more information.


Why hasn't my tracking number updated?

Tracking numbers often take 24-48 hours to update. If your tracking number states that your package is awaiting shipment, then your items have been processed but are still on their way to the post office to be scanned. Please be patient with your tracking number and give at least 48 hours for updates. If you suspect a problem with your package after 48 hours, please contact us at

What is the "Put it on LAY-BUY" payment option and how does it work?

Lay-Buy is the ideal payment option for customers who want to purchase items now but need time to pay. If you put your order on Lay-Buy, you only have to put 30-50% down for your items now and must pay the remaining amount in 1 month. Items will only be sent once the final payment is made. The buyer is responsible for a 0.9% fee on their purchase for using this service. Lay-Buy payments go through PayPal. 


Can I change my order after I place it?

If you need to change your order after it is placed, please contact us at with your order number and the correction for your order. If your order has already been processed and shipped, changes cannot be made.


Do you have discount prices for wholesale?

Yes, we do offer a discounted price for wholesale orders. Please contact us at for more information.


My package hasn’t been delivered. What do I do?

Please check your tracking number. For domestic orders, if you check your tracking number and there is a problem with your order, contact your local USPS with your tracking number and they can assist. 

For international orders, use the tracking number given to you and check that tracking number on your country’s local postal office website. USPS only tracks international packages until they leave the US. Once they leave San Francisco, your package will not be tracked by USPS and will be tracked by your local post office. Contact your country’s local post office with the tracking number given to you for assistance.


What are your false eyelashes made of?

Our false eyelashes are made from soft, synthetic silk fibers.


Is your brand cruelty free and vegan?

Yes, our company is 100% animal cruelty-free and Vegan. None of our products are ever tested on animals and none of our products contain animal-derived ingredients. 


Are your glitters safe to use on the eyes?

Our glitters are cosmetic grade and are considered safe for the skin by the FDA but are not recommended for eyes/lips. Please use caution when applying glitter. Our customers take full responsibility when it comes to choosing how they use our glitters. We are not responsible for unsafe or improper usage. 


How often do you restock?

Our false eyelashes typically restock within 2-3 weeks. Our glitters restock within 1-2 weeks. The best way to keep up with product restocks is to sign up for our newsletter or follow us on our social media pages.

Please note: Claiming a package has not been delivered when in fact the items are in your possession is a punishable federal crime. USPS keeps accurate record of packages using GPS and the recollection of their post men and women. Any claims of undelivered items when the tracking number says delivered will be treated with a full investigation. We reserve the right to trust the details on the USPS tracking number. We report all incidents of mail fraud to the authorities.
