SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Please allow 1-3 business days (MONDAY-FRIDAY) for us to process your order once payment is complete. Processing time is the amount of time it takes for us to get your order ready. This does not include shipping time.
Creative Soul Cosmetics sends all packages through the United States Postal Service.
All standard U.S. orders are sent through First Class Mail. Delivery time for U.S. orders is 2-3 business days after package has been accepted by USPS, but can vary up to 7 business days. Tracking is available for all U.S. orders. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is processed. Please allow 48 hours for your tracking number to update once received.
International shipping delivery time is 7-25 business days, depending on location.
*Creative Soul Cosmetics is not responsible for VAT and Duty Taxes on international orders. It is the sole responsibility of the international buyer to check local regulations when buying exported goods. Some countries, such as the UK and Canada, may charge the buyer duty taxes once your package enters your country. This is your country's policy and we cannot control this. It is the buyers responsibility to pay any/all duty taxes or VAT imposed on you by your country for purchasing merchandise internationally.*
International orders are sent through United States Postal Service using First-Class Package International Service. Please note that once your package leaves the United States, you MUST use the tracking number given to you and track your package via your local post office, not USPS. Once your package leaves our international shipping port in San Francisco, CA, your package will NOT be tracked via USPS. For instance, if you live in Canada, once the package leaves our international port, you will have to input your given tracking number into Canada Post to track the delivery of your package. USPS will NOT track your package after it has left the US. It will never show as delivered on USPS. You must use your given tracking number and track your package via your local post office. Creative Soul Cosmetics is not responsible for packages once they leave the US.
If you have an issue with your package, you will have to contact your local post office with your tracking number for assistance. We will only deal with tracking inquires for United States based orders or when your package has not yet left our international port in San Francisco, CA. You can also use track.aftership.com to track your package once it has left the US. Thank you for understanding.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Please note that we do not accept returns/exchanges due to sanitary reasons and the nature of our products. All sales are final.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and order number and we will assist you as best as we can.
We do not accept cancellations. Once your order has been paid and confirmed, all sales are final. If you need to alter your order before it has processed, please contact us as soon as possible.
